The person involved is a New York City based accomplished and successful actress. She is new to the web but has a good understanding on email , facebook , skype etc. She has an online profile on a well known casting website that needs to be managed.
The duties would include
- daily logging in into the account to check for casting notices
- sending profile of actresses for potential jobs. ( its a lot like email , the casting connection software allows you to email your profile to casting directors )
- some coaching to help her become more tech - savvy.
The amount of time involved per week would be about 10 minutes a day initially perhaps about an hour a week.
A general understanding of movies and drama and theater is required alongwith some ability to relate the actress profile with potential acting jobs. Or some interest in developing this would also work. It would be quite easy to pick up after a few weeks.
She is new to having a virtual assistant and once she gets used to it...
