So I would like to launch a portal.
The portal will most likely pick up if it is successful (hopefully!)
The portal depends on people being there in a "community" inside it. If I launch with no one there day 1, fewer people will find it to be of value to register. So day 1 upon launch, I need to have legitimate list of users who already have interest to be inside it and willing to interact.
How do people go about this challenge? What are the strategies to appear strong day 1 to attract more people.
The person to bid needs to be able to be willing to answer based on RELEVANT experience in launching business portals
The engagement is expected to be a a few hours, may be 1 to 4 hours engagement where he would learn about the business and goals of the portal that would be launched.
(p.s. the business is still in the idea stage, and it will be around the social media area)
