I envision another tab added to the tick view in the staff panel. so there would be post reply, post internal note, dept transfer, assign ticket, and convert to FAQ tabs
In the convert to FAQ tab we will need:
1) A drop down or other method for choosing the FAQ category
2) FAQ title text box. This will need to be created by the staff member
3) Answer Text Input. This should automatically populate with all the correspondence from the ticket and allow the staff member to edit contents.
4) Commit to knowledge base button which will create both the FAQ and Canned response "please see FAQ: ...?" with a link to the FAQ question that was automatically generated.
