Our client is selling social media fan pages, apps , moderation and
design services and other internet marketing services through an in-house outbound campaign targeted at B2b leads. The list was purchased from Hoover and there are 5 callers in house dialing out using some predictive dialer.

The campaign was initiated 2 weeks ago, and hasn't found its footing yet.
Though couple of sales were made but he hasn't seen any traction yet for either
The target is at fault, or the product or the communication has some issue or may be the talent also need training. Now we need someone to analyze the situation, talk to the person in charge than design the outbound campaign again.
We need some expert to research the target prospect, than advise on content and communication. Also advising what tools, or training this in house team requires. And finally supervise the delivery of the campaign.
