I am an established motivational speaker. I do everything myself but now I require an assistant. I am branching out into business coaching and I have become quite busy. I currently use to-do lists to keep myself focused so my plan is to pass those lists on. Based on how long it takes me, I estimate the work will be 6 hours a day. I would like the person to check in once a day with some progress. We will take it slow and see where this goes.
