We have been using a firm who handles all of our phone support and would like to explore alternative providers. The tasks are all well scripted and include the following:
- Answer Phones 8am to 8pm EST Monday - Saturday
- Based on the customers request, follow scripted response
- Scripted responses include forwarding inquires for order status via email, placing orders through our website on behalf of the customer, collecting information for new customers accounts and forwarding via email and answering basic questions regarding our polices and procedures.
- Native English speakers are a plus but accent reduction training is a pre-requisite. Phone interviews will be required prior to selection.

We are changing the work time from 72 hours to 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. All Major US Holidays observed.
