We are a US based company looking for a call center agent to answer phone calls. Work can be done from home.
Duties of the job:
-Answer incoming calls
-Gather information and take messages
-Answer a few of the caller's basic questions
-Understand English language
-Have a quiet work environment
Hours are 9-12 and 1-4 Eastern Standard Time Tuesday - Friday.
Work from home. (Must be a quiet environment.)
Number of phone calls range from 1-20 per day.
Calls can be forwarded to your cell or house phone.
Once customer calls, you will collect information on what they are looking for/need. We have a list of questions you may ask them to gather information and then email that info to us.
This is very easy work, with minimal actual work.
Native English speaker preferred, but foreign speaker with minimal accent will be considered.
1 hr per day dedicated to data entry.
