Desk.com is a helpdesk (formerly assistly). It's lame but you can only mass update your clients by api. I need someone to figure out the infusionsoft to desk.com integration. It does not have to be that complicated. If I could run an http post in infusionsoft and create / update contact record in desk.com that would be fine. I would just like name, phone, url, customer id.
If it's possible it would be nice to be able to update infusionsoft with case data. But I'm not sure if that is possible.

I found a php script that shows how to make calls to the cases collection. It also shows how you can use our Single Access Token method for the OAuth. Please take a look and see if that points you in the right direction.
