I am transfering my CRM from one product to another.
The problems I am having, once new products are added to the DB, I can not get some reports, due to memory overload.
I also want to add 8*4 text fields that can be entered in the telephone and be modified in the customer management.
The new telesales project is kitchen appliance insurance. the choice of products is 3. I have put them in but it is giving me errors!
The boxes are for:
Appliance Type, Make, Year Bought, Price
i need this either 1, 3 or 8 times depending on which product the customer buys.
Limited budget at the moment. Please advise on costs.
