I have a CRM for a call centre. Most of the bugs have been ironed out, but I have a couple of things that need doing:
There is a button on the CRM for "no answer" from the outbound telephone call, this goes into the database and should show up in the sales leads after one hour to call back which it doesnt.
I need to move one text field on the oubound call section.
I also need a section where i can enter inbound new customers. at the moment it is only for outbound calls
