A 3 to 5 inch long, food grade plastic, 1/2" or 3/4" in diameter pipe. One end of the pipe is interior (female) threaded (exact pitch to be discussed) for approximately 1" allowing the pipe to screw onto the exterior (male) threads of an existing apparatus. The outside edge of the opposite end of the pipe is tapered and serrated so the outer edge is slightly smaller in diameter than the outside circumference of the remaining pipe. The taper begins approximately 1” from the pipe edge and ends in a relatively sharp, serrated edge. The pipe contains (24) 1/4" (approximate, exact diameter to be discussed) holes, spaced equadistantly along its length. I have the 3D CAD drawings of this product.
I am interested in mass producing this item and would like a quote for 100; 1,000; and 5,000 plus pieces. Cost is a factor. So far, plastic molding injection appears to be cost prohibitive.
