The immediate task is to make postcards!

I will produce an Excel spreadsheet of 5-10 entries; each entry contains a "from" address, "to" address, a message, and the name of a picture file. I will also produce these picture files. I would like you to create a physical standard 4" x 6" postcard for each entry: the picture goes on the front, the message, "to" address, and return "from" address on the back in the standard places: (see   [obscured]  /main.php?A=USPS) I would then like you to mail the postcards.

This task is obviously not very hard. But I have another agenda! This is actually a *research project*. I want to know what you think the best way to do this job is en masse -- if you had 1000 of these to create (each with its own picture, addresses, and so on), how would you do it? How cheaply could you do it?
