Answer phone in professional demeanor
Order appropriate property preservation bids
Order HOA/Condo payoff statements
Escalate potential special circumstances to team leader
Solve problems which may occur during the pre-marketing process
Enter listing on multiple listing service
BPO data entry
Report information about the property using client portals
Various administrative and record keeping tasks
Superior organizational skills
Multi Tasker. Will handle multiple files at once
Tech savvy- familiarity with PDF, Microsoft Office, social media sites
Effective communicator- written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
