Basically what we want it is to do is:

1) Take the list of Twitter URL's and extract the twitter account names (handles)

2) Run each one through the Twitalyzer Username API and save the output in a database on our server. This can essentially be to the same table as the previous values.

Again we want to preserve the timestamp of when the values were gathered, so that over time we can see how they are trending over a given time range.

I think it would be simpler if this all ran as one process, with the current scraper, so that the time value was assigned once.

3) Once we have all the values gathered, I will provide you with the algorithm that we will use to calculate a custom metric. The calculation is relatively simple, where the most compex operation is raising a number to a power exponent (ex: 10^2, or 5^1.333)

I am attaching the documentation to the Twitalyzer API. We have already obtained the API key necessary to run the service.
