As a VPN provider for iOS clients, we are using Strongswan to provide IPSec On Demand VPN solution.
There is a situation we can not handle. With more than ~30 simultaneous connection requests, no one can connect to the server and nearly all connections receive no response, causing a time out error at the client side.
