This is a self published book that focuses on a mindset change to eliminate processed foods from your diet while adding some basic exercises. In the Western world processed foods are highly consumed. They are high in fat, sugar and sodium. By avoiding them I have lost 125 pounds. I now eat whole foods. This book is not a diet book. It's about finding the motivation to want to make the change from processed to whole foods. Most people know processed foods are not good for you but they lack the motivation to change. It also talks about adding exercise to your lifestyle. The book is about a longer term approach to living healthier.
