I am working on bringing a new beverage product to market.
I have found a bottle that I would really like to use to make samples for the project but the current spout/rim is too large and not appropriate for the viscosity of our product.
Our product has the viscosity of water and will be dispensed in minimal regulated amounts.
I need a design for a piece/part that can be snapped/attached to the bottle or cap that will help regulate and minimize the flow and control the amount dispersed with each squeeze. The design must be tested on the bottle- and must be in a form that I can take to a 3d printer to have at least 50-75 of these retrofits created (or if you have the capacity to create 50-75 of these we can adjust the project price accordingly).
Similarly if a whole new cap can be designed (and is the most effective way to do this), with a very small spout, that would fit on the bottle and could be printed from a 3D printer/rapid prototyping shop that would work too!
