The position of Field & Business Desk Guides Manager is a key role in ensuring smart business decisions are made, that sales efficiency is enabled and that best practices are spread. You will be responsible for managing a regular review of the Field Guide, an essential tool that helps sales people understand their flexibility and options when assessing customer requests. This requires establishing a close relationship with key members of the Licensing Community and the Sales Community, building on your collaboration and business thinking skills to assess requests and find solutions that meet stakeholder needs. You will need to draw on a wide set of skills; Analytical, Project Management; Licensing & Pricing; and an ability to cut quickly to the essence of an issue.
