We are a start up with a few management consulting contracts looking for a Project Management Assistant. The resource will the responsible for the following:
- develop and maintain project charters, project management plans, and other project management documents, such as project status reports.
- Develop and maintain MS Project Schedules. Work with the PM to develop the WBS elements and then communicate on a regular (almost daily) basis to make updates.
- Create presentations and update dashboards to present to clients.
- Track and maintain meeting notes and information related to projects, especially actions items and risk and opportunities register. We will most likely be sending either audio files or transcribed audio files to keep project records updated.
- Assist in developing standard PM methodologies using best practices from Scrum and PMP methodologies.
- Other tasks as needed.
