Primary function is to manage, oversee and support all operations and programs in the transformation of troubled public housing authorities: planning, directing, and coordinating the administration of the designated projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight in the conduct of comprehensive assessment of property management developments and programs; financial programs; development and capital improvement programs in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, program requirements and contractual obligations.
