We are a non-profit, FRED Inc., looking for part-time administrative help in San Diego. We need someone reliable, quick, efficient with great communications skills.
The position would be supporting the Operations Manager, who works from her home office. The job would be for approximately 10-15 hours per week for the next four weeks, with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Some of the examples of administrative tasks include:
- Assistance/Coordination of CEO's home office relocation
- Event Coordination and Support
- Business License Filing, Tax Forms, Change of Address Forms
- Correspondence and Mailing
- Recycling old office equipment
- Researching various items for the Operations Manager
