before we separated the schedules with you all website were controlled from one place...that is whenever somebody takes the time slot on walk in clinic that time slot becomes unavailable on all three sites walk in ,std and medical clinic...that is what we need....the should be combined

the same scheduling system for three websites

two other websites(travel and hemorrhoids) separate as is now

regarding the Cron job i will ask the previous provider....
