I need bookkeeping using QuickBooks. We have a average of 3 sales/day - 7 days week. Average of 20 to 25 orders/week.
- when a new order is received, create invoice in QuickBooks
- create Purchase Order in QuickBooks
- use Canada Post web site to create shipping label
- send Purchase Order + Canada Post shipping label to vendors
- change order status on web site platform and send email to customers
- manage and create new items in QuickBooks
- verify, enter and pay bills in QuickBooks
- manage sales taxes & create taxes report & pay taxes every 3 months to receiver General in QuickBooks.
Order received monday to friday during regular business hours need to be full fill the same day in the next hour.
