I need a quick creative rewrite of a business letter that I am writing to a customer. I am a bit pissed off right now. However, I want to sound helpful to the customer, and not just mad.
Somehow I need to change my letter around a bit to sound friendly, and provide candid facts, insight and good advice. The letter is being sent to the business owner (entertaiment industry).
After discussions with this customer, what I offer or discuss with this customer is followed up in writing, including written contracts. However, I do not think the Customer likes to read. The letter should be concise, but must not sacrifice words where clearity is needed.
I do not want to lose this customer. However, I am very prepared to do so. I make little money from this customer, and sometimes lose. However, association with this customer has been fairly fruitful in attracting new customers.
