I need a small bit of R code that allows me to apply a beta transformation to a data set given a known set of weight and parameters.

Background: I have an R script that aggregates expert probability forecasts by taking in a set of probability forecasts along with the outcome (binary), forming a linear opinion pool, and applying a beta transformation to achieve calibration. The script allows me to specify a file, the rows to use for the training set and test set. It prints the calculated weights for each expert along with the alpha and beta values it used. It then uses these value and applies the transformation to the test data. It returns the Brier scores for each expert and the new calibrated probability based on the test data set. This works great and I do not need it to be changed.
