I am looking for a virtual assistant to help in real estate related tasks on an ongoing basis.
Looking for an assistant with good typing skills (ability to type from audio transcription tape is also a plus), data research and entry, good writing abilities (using correct English grammar), as well as good phone skills.
Sample tasks include typing appraisal reports, calling to verify sales, researching comps, researching demographics, writing neighborhood/market analysis descriptions, emails, mass mailings, and miscellaneous research.
I work with my father, so some tasks would be from me and some would be from him.
Some of the neighborhood descriptions I am trying to sell as part of my business, so it is important that those are well researched and well written and in no way infringe on any copyrights.
I would like to start right away.
