I am looking for a personal and professional assistant to help with the logistics and administrative work with my growing real estate business. I am hiring someone to learn and perform the office work and errands that I currently perform and so I can focus entirely on generating business, negotiating deals, and meeting with my clients in person.
EXPERIENCE & COMPENSATION
I can teach you how to do everything, but need someone that is ambitious and able to think and solve problems independently. Initial pay based on entry admin work. Future pay and opportunities commensurate with contribution to business profitability. This is a long-term position, with an expectation of 3 years or more employment.
LOCATION & HOURS
Much of the work can be performed from anywhere online, but initial training and regular errands will be mostly be in McLean or Falls Church. Actual hours worked during any given day are flexible, time off is easy, but the expectation is for an average of 40 hrs...
