• Create and update MLS Listings with information and pictures
• Update email auto-responder
• Send and correspond to agents via email, phone, fax, etc.
• Input milestone dates per contract into Base Camp system
• Maintain and organize files
2. Property Comparable Research (?? hours per week)
• Research recently sold and pending properties on MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Title and other sources
• Create Appraisal Package from renovation, comparable and market information
3. Resource Management
• Communicate with Escrow, contractors, vendors and management to obtain updates
