Need 10 hours up to /hr one week to start, longer term contract based on first week trial for experienced RE virtual assistant to:
- Export TopProducer 8i lists to CSV, Excel files
- Add contacts to drip email campaign lists
- Enter follow-up contact dates in Outlook calendar
- Enter data to miscellaneous spreadsheets
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours
- Previous experience as RE virtual assistant A MUST
- Previous experience with Keller Williams eEdge preferred
- Previous experience with Relay Transaction Management a plus
- English as first language or very strong in written American English
- Broadband Internet connection
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
