We want a Microsoft Access Database for a recruitment consultancy. The main modules required:
a) Enroll-- which is to enter the details of candidates and clients, sometimes candidates become clients and vice versa, so the function should clearly distinguish the entries.It should also give the status of the entries(like active or inactive).
b)Job Opening-- It should give the details of the job roles which we are currently dealing, also the details of the clients who gave the respective role and the candidates sourced for the particular role.
c)Interview details-This module should give the details of both client and consultancy interview details like time, venue candidate name etc.
d)Candidates-This module should give the list of all candidates in the database.
e)Clients- This module should give the list of all clients in the database.
f)Contact details- should display the contact details of all people.
g)skillsets- should be able to store the expertise of each entry.
