Looking for a professional to answer the phone and then forward calls for a small nonprofit organization. A few details are below:
-- Answer phone with greeting, ask caller's name and then call me and notify me as to the caller's identity and then patch the call through to me.
-- Phone number to forward calls may change sometimes, and you would be notified in advance by either phone or email as to which number to use.
-- Be able to respond to rudimentary information requests, such as directing callers to the organization's website, or alerting the caller to the fact I am on vacation and letting them know my return date.
-- Hours would be 8:30 - 5:30 Eastern time, M-F and excepting US Federal Holidays
-- Number of calls per day would be small -- likely no more than 5 per day, and some days we receive no calls.
-- If I am unavailable, you need to forward to a separate voicemail number, or take a message (which ideally would be emailed to me)
