We are a company that provides remote technical support, and we cater to customers residing in the US. Our services include Technical support, Internet troubleshooting, Virus Removal, Software installation, Hardware troubleshooting, System maintenance and Basic computer skills tutorials. With regard to this, we are looking for Support Technicians who can work 12 shifts on call , and ensure the high level of service that they are looking for while working in the comfort of home.
What we need from a candidate provider:
- Fundamental knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and standard desktop and email applications, including but not limited to Operating Systems (must include XP, Vista and 7. Familiarity with Linux variants and Mac OSX is an advantage)
- Familiarity with remote desktop software and third party utilities
- Troubleshooting skills to properly diagnose the customer's issue, and what can be done to rectify the situation
