I have a website hosted on Rackspace Cloud (LAMP) and written using PHP-Nuke. It is secured with NukeSentinel and bbantispam. Recently someone has managed to insert some malware (iframe injection) into a few of the pages on my site. When I remove it, it always returns within a few hours.
Some research leads me to believe that this intrusion was done with the Eleonore exploit kit, but I don't know enough about hacking to say for sure. I believe I have found all of the infected pages on my site, but I'm not 100% sure.
I need someone who do the following as soon as possible:
1. Clean up all infected code.
2. Figure out how the intrusion was accomplished to prevent recurrence.
Please note that Rackspace Sites does not allow root access, but it may be possible to get their support folks to run scripts for us if necessary. If it's possible to do everything via ftp, that would be best.
Timeframe: I need this resolved as quickly as possible.
