We have a large email list that we have built over the last five years with over 100,000 subscribers. We are using POMMO on a cPanel/CentOS based dedicated server. After the most recent cpanel upgrade, we started getting this error "Sending failed: SMTP Error: Data not accepted" in pommo log.
We have run the mailqueue every 10 minutes (rather than default 60) and disabled other items that may prevent it from sending (like limits on the smtp, etc). If we delete the mail queu and resume sending at 3,000 emails an hour, it functions fine so I'm assuming the mailqueu is clogging up somehow or another.
Our subscribers are getting cranky as many of them have not received the weekly publication in over a month. This should be a simple fix to someone who knows what they are doing. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Please note, we tried a different program than pommo which yeilded the same error so it is assumed to be mail server side.
