I need a report detailing different negotiating tactics that can be used in business, when buying and selling goods and services. The art of negotiation if you will.
I am also interested in the psychology of negotiating, the stances and behaviours of the parties on each side of the negotiation.
The two obviously link.

My job involves buying and selling goods and services, and therefore negotiating.
I employ people some of whom are not experienced.
For those that have little or no experience, I am writing a manual as to how operate within my industry.
The one major section I am missing and I’m running out of time with regard my self-imposed deadline, is on how to negotiate, the different styles and approaches to negotiation, etc.
So this could include for example, when trying to buy:
• to immediately physically wince (or laugh) when quoted a price so that the other side are already feeling...
