I was 3 days away from receiving and approval for my trademark name, when a company filed on opposition to my name. The difference between the names lies in the first letter. I am looking for someone with legal trademark experience to write a response to the opposition (which will be filed with the USPTO) outlining the legal reasons for which the opposer should not be able to block our trademark. This should be a concise but very poignant letter based on U.S. law and prior legal rulings that explains without doubt why their opposition is baseless. Turnaround time of 2-4 days preferred.

I understand it's a process and I'd appreciate an average cost or a range not only for the response, but also discovery conference, initial disclosures, discovery requests, response to discovery requests, final brief, and anything else involved. Thanks for your bid.
