I am CEO of a small healthcare focused education company. We train patients to be more empowered and in control of thier health through online virtual doctors and role playing experiences. I am responsible for product development, sales (which I share with my partner), PR, Marketing, HR, adminstrative, accounting and a hundred other things. I need someone that can help me with hundreds of small tasks a year. You would help keep me organized and I would offload critcial tasks to you as they come up. Here are some example tasks: - Remind me of BIG appointments - Help plan travel - Track reciepts and expense reports - Product development (you can do it if you are organized and computer savvy) - Manage twitter - Help write press releases and submit them for interviews - A hundred other things I am looking for a native USA-born virtual assistant in the western hemishpere timezone with the following skills and attributes: - Incredibly trustworthy - Self starter - Sublime communicator (communicate, communicate, communicate) - Incrediby organized and reliable - Driven to succeed - Has lots of business experience but perhaps only a few random hours a day to apply to a job due to kids or other committments - Enjoys managing tasks with lots of moving parts - Knows Google Drive, Gmail (if you don;t have a gmail account - don't bid - we do EVERYTHING we can with google apps) - Power computer user (tell me what applications you know) - Creative - Likes jumping from one project to the next (PR one day, QA the next) - Want's a position where you can grow as the company grows - Thick skin. You will learn a lot workign with me and I think I am a pretty nice guy but I am very driven. If I offend you, just tell me and there will be copious apologies forthcomming. - Wants to be a partner-in-crime with a serial-entrepreneur start-up executive and will invest the appropriate passion and energy. If you are East of England, don't bother bidding as the time change is too much and communication is too difficult. Please bid with your hourly rate. Describe your experience and tell me why you want this ongoing contract position. There will be test projects for the top tier candidates. I love Elance and am building a great team of contractors here. We are a virtual company for the next two years at least, maybe always.
