I have a Russian interview that needs translating, it's about 20mins long but alot of the file will be in English so you can ignore those bits:
the video is downloadable at [obscured] /storage/PeoplesPlane.mov.zip
or viewable at the video is at [obscured] /storage/PeoplesPlane.mov
I would provide a document with the English side of it taken care of and you would translate the Russian bits into the English: ie the interviewee and the interpreter (assuming there is one and if you can hear him/her) and insert it into the document with a timecode at the front of each sentence. eg [10:03:23]
Translation needs to be verbatim to the extent that it is not missing any of the detail in the original - it doesn't need to sound like perfect English, it's ideal if the translation is roughly the same sentence length as the original and follows a similar sentence construction, that way it is easier for them to edit their film.
