I need need help resolving an ongoing issue importing data into Salesforce.com. Currently, we use an old database (BackOffice) to record financial transactions. There is no API for "BackOffice" or easy way to sync the data. I've asked our implementation partner how, on a weekly basis, I can export data from BackOffice and import it into Salesforce.com.
It's easy to export and each transaction has a unique ID. That said, there seems to be some problem. It's described below. I'm looking to talk with someone who can help me resolve the problem.
