The issue that has been screwing with me for the last several months is having a Tab View Controller with two tabs. The first tab is a dynamic table view called "Exams" with 34 rows (Screen Shot 1) and the second tab called "Positive Findings" is also dynamic with its content dependent on user selection from tab bar one "Exams"(Screen shot 2).
Each row has a label for the title of a type of test (stored in a plist), a left-sided grey circle (as default) with a white checkmark image in its center that is toggleable to green upon user touch, and a detail disclosure button (Screen Shot 3).
The detail disclosure button of each row, either modally or it pushes, (I forgot which) a specific static table view with two rows of text, one row with at least one image, and lastly a row with two buttons a "Positive" and a "Negative" as shown in Screen Shots 4 & 5.
