Using Google Apps Script (see   [obscured]  /google-d-s/scripts/scripts.html ,   [obscured]  /2009/10/13/automation-with-google-apps-script/ ) I would like to add a button to a Google Spreadsheet. When the button is clicked, the current latitude and longitude is fetched from a GPS that is connected to the computer, and this information is placed in the spreadsheet, the latitude in column C of the current row, and the longitude in column D.

It needs to work on Windows Vista, and also on Windows Mobile

It needs to work even if their is no internet connection, assuming that previously the spreadsheet was downloaded locally using Google Gears (or another technology you may consider convenient), at a previous time when there was an internet connection.
