Handles phone calls, e-mails, faxes and all other correspondence.
Perform administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time by my immediate superior.
Making quotations using peachtree software, excel & word.
Preparing proforma invoice, packing list & certificate of origin for overseas clients.
Entering sales in our database and submitting sales report every end of the month.
Arrange files, records, and documents.
Encode all new stocks in the inventory.
Preparing Purchase Orders generating through Peachtree(Foreign
Purchase Order, Local Purchase Order,
Receiving all Invoices & Delivery Note from the suppliers & submit to the
Accounts Department after checking the materials.
