General Accounting - Prepare and analyses general ledger accounts

Financial Reporting - Prepares and analyze Financial Statements
Prepares and analyzes Financial Reports (Financial Statements & Budget).
Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash management, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transaction, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
Ensures that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
Reviews and reconciles receivables and payables.
Monitors daily cash position.
Oversees compliance on Taxes, local government taxes and other legal matters.
Ensures accounting standards and internal policies are met with appropriate controls in place.
