We are a small life safety contractor that has service contracts to maintain certain mechanical and electrical systems at commercial properties. We seek to develop a cloud-based database solution to manage specific information related to these contracts and the equipment installed at each property. In addition, the solution will also provide for various scheduling activities (i.e. site visits, invoicing, renewal notices, etc.) based on the respective service contact details. The solution must also generate work orders, which are specific to the property and the equipment installed on site, that are based on the type of maintenance visit that is scheduled, as well as create customer invoice forms. We desire full, flexible reporting capabilities on all database segments. Lastly, we seek to allow our customers the ability to log into and review information specific to their contracts and the service history.
