As a hosting provider in the US, we specialize in providing IBM Lotus Sametime instant messaging to customers right now.
We want to offer SIP based hosted PBX solutions to our IBM Lotus Sametime customers. This means a the SIP PBX solution must integrate with IBM's Unified Communications API for Sametime.
We currently use Artisoft TeleVantage v7 and are familiar with it.
Our goal is to be able to offer reliable, REDUNDANT, hosted phone solutions with a nice GUI and, ideally, mobile phone (iOS/Android) call control. It must support SIP phones, be able to display on a dedicated monitor the status of all active calls, be able to record calls, support Voice XML or some form of Interactive Voice Response, and ideally support both voice recognition and speech synthesis for easier to use IVR response such as "Press 1 or say Yes" kind of thing.
