We need assistance in setting up our e-mail marketing process for our customers.
Specifically we need the following:
1. Create a process to manage the customer e-mail list betweeen our retail system and the chosen e-mail marketing system (currently Mail Chimp) - see attached
** we will need some assistance marrying up the customer names to their purchases - this is currently done through a vlookup from 2 tables in an excel spreadsheet. We will need this automated so that it can be refreshed regularly.
** this list is added to on a daily basis. New customers join up (approx 5-10/day) and existing customers will return to the store to purchase new items, each of these events should trigger an action/e-mail (fulfilled via AutoResponders) - see below:
