This opportunity is ideal for a person with public-companies or securities experience, who already works from home or would like to work from home. The position will be mainly focused on responding to shareholder inquiries, and verifying and updating the shareholder list. Compensation will be for time worked based on an hourly rate, with the potential for bonuses for achieving targeted milestones. Requirements: - Must be available from 9am to 3pm Pacific time - familiarity with public markets is necessary; pleasant telephone presence is a big plus. - Update shareholder database - Responsible for data entry - Organizational skills - Detail orientation - Service initiative ? Respond to inquiries, follow up and moving contact to management for follow up - Accurate record keeping - Internet proficiency, Word, Excel. Excellent phone skills a must & must speak fluent English. Additional duties depending on experience. Please provide resume with current and past work experience.
