I have currently working with other providers along with myself to develop a solution for our home building company. We are using SharePoint foundation, we decided to choose this rout because I am familiar with SharePoint Server and I thought it would allow us to position ourselves for future development and workflow scenarios.
Currently we have been working on the public facing side of the site. While it’s not 100% complete I would like to move on to the next phase of the project which is creating a way for company employees and current home owners to sign into the site and access even more data.
For this project we would like to focus on hiding being able to turn on anonymous access and hide the ribbon for anonymous users, while still showing a sign in button to allow company employees, and current home owners to sign in. This part of the project should be fairly simple by using the "Sharepoint:SPSecurityTrimmedControl" control or something similar to hide the ribbon...
