We require a prototype Flash interface for entering subtitles on top of a video. The basic idea is to watch a video and input text into a text box; then to replay the video and allow the user to interactively set the lines of text onto the video at the appropriate times. The interface can be totally barebones (ie. ugly), but should feel something like a video game.
The most important part of this project is having a coder who can quickly build this simple prototype interface and then work on a few iterations, based on our feedback.
We have much more descriptive mockups that we can share once the bid is finished.
We're looking for someone who has experience doing highly interactive Flash (or better yet, Flash game) development experience. We'll need to see your portfolio.
