I have a legacy SOAP web service running on IIS6 on Win Server 2003. It is written in Windev, which is a desktop app language which cannot work directly with REST. I need to enable a third party system to use this service, but they can only use the REST protocol. Traffic is minimal and limited to one connection at a time. The communication must be two way.
I know very little about web programming and don't have time to learn just to build this small utility, so I need someone to do this for me and guide me in installing & adjusting it as necessary. You can access the SOAP service directly, and presumably progam and test this interface remotely before I install it on my server.
I don't mind what web framework is used (but it must not involve further licensing costs) and I'm open to suggestions for doing this a different way, but I don't have time to significantly rewrite my existing, debugged code.
